Manages compensation programs and incentive governance for assigned business lines. Executes annual compensation reviews and market surveys, analyzes salary, bonus, equity, and labor-market data, supports regulatory compliance, and partners with business, finance, compliance, risk, and HR leaders. Develops market-data solutions, provides compensation insights, performs ad hoc analysis, and leads strategic compensation projects.

Leads end-to-end technology recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and joining management. Partners with technology leaders and HR stakeholders, manages recruitment vendors, monitors hiring metrics, ensures governance and data quality, and improves candidate experience. The role also leads and coaches recruiters, manages pipelines and recruitment risks, provides market intelligence, and supports talent acquisition transformation and process improvement.

Designs, implements, and refines threat detection and response use cases aligned with MITRE ATT&CK and the Cyber Kill Chain. Collaborates with threat intelligence, incident response, forensics, and security operations teams; analyzes attack patterns; participates in red-team and penetration-testing exercises; develops security metrics and management reports; and leads junior analysts as needed. The role requires expertise in security monitoring, incident response, forensics, network and host controls, cloud security, and multiple forensic and SIEM tools.
