Manage end-to-end immigration and visa cases for the Philippines or UAE, serving as a local subject-matter expert. Responsibilities include case reviews, complex escalations, compliance, partner and government coordination, KPI and CSAT improvement, policy development, pipeline support, immigration law updates, and mentoring team members.

Serve as the UAE payroll SME leading implementations from discovery through go-live. Run discovery workshops, ensure UAE legislative compliance, validate payroll configuration and testing, support go-live and first payroll, advise Sales/Product/Engineering, own playbooks and documentation, and drive process and product improvements.

Lead end-to-end Indian payroll implementations as the subject-matter expert: run discovery workshops, validate payroll configuration, oversee testing and go-live, ensure legal compliance, advise sales/product/engineering, and maintain India-specific playbooks and documentation.
