Provides techno-functional consulting for Oracle Fusion HCM, specializing in US Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Compensation. Responsibilities include configuration, payroll processing, costing, reconciliation, compliance, Fast Formulas, reporting, data migration, integrations, testing, quarterly updates, troubleshooting, documentation, and production support. The role partners with payroll teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients across implementations, enhancements, AMS, and global HCM engagements.

Serve as an Oracle ERP technical consultant supporting Oracle EBS and Cloud/Fusion applications. Design, develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and deploy RICEW components, PL/SQL solutions, database objects, reports, workflows, integrations, and customizations. Support Oracle Finance and SCM modules, optimize database performance, resolve production issues, document technical solutions, and collaborate with clients, functional teams, developers, and stakeholders. Provide technical guidance while following implementation, testing, deployment, and coding best practices.

Designs, develops, integrates, and supports Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions across Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits. Develops Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL loads, BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, and OIC integrations. Handles data migration, testing, quarterly updates, troubleshooting, release management, documentation, governance, and Agile delivery. Collaborates with stakeholders and functional consultants, mentors junior consultants, and ensures scalable, secure, maintainable technical solutions.
