What's It Like to Work at Nasuni?

I started as sales development rep and got promoted within the sales department to managing a territory and closing business. The “promote from within” culture at Nasuni means a lot to me, and it shows that you can make an impact at any level.

I've been at Nasuni since its first day. Even though its grown, one thing has remained constant: capable people solving hard problems. Working in a team focused on a new way to visualize data cross multiple years or decades, is a wonderful challenge.

Nasuni is full of smart, interesting people with diverse perspectives, working to build a great company. I've had the opportunity to support the development of our Ransomware Protection service and scale Engineering, Control Path from 2 to 4 teams.

I introduced an EMEA ‘SDR of the Month’ program, which honors top-performing individuals. Our team loves a healthy dose of competition, and it’s fun to celebrate each other’s accomplishments. We also give regular shoutouts for weekly targets, KPIs, booked meetings, and challenges that our team has overcome. I believe support enables success!

I joined Nasuni in 2015 with a knowledge of how to sell wine to tourists in Colorado. I had no clue what a TB was, but Nasuni gives me the space to learn, fail, grow, and succeed repeatedly. Leadership’s commitment to transparency, collaboration, and mentorship allowed me to progress to Vice President of Account Management in just 4 years.

Asking for help goes a long way when you’re unsure how to approach an opportunity or need more information on project details. People at Nasuni are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and willing to help at (almost) any hour of the day. There are always new challenges, meetings with incredible potential customers, and exciting things to learn.

Nasuni delivers file data services on a subscription basis. As product owners of the components of the core platform or add-on services, my team leads the direction for their individual product areas. Additionally, my management team ensures these components and services are meeting the needs of customers/prospects and the market in general.

A genuine care for customers and a passion for improving their experience. Every issue that arises is an opportunity to make a positive impact. Above all, a solution mindset is critical. There’s no greater satisfaction than seeing changes from feedback that move the needle in significant and measurable ways. Attention to detail doesn’t hurt either!
