Process and convert laser scan/point cloud data into LOD 300-500 MEP BIM models using Revit and related tools. Perform clash detection, coordinate with architecture and structure teams, follow QA/QC and BIM execution plans, and deliver accurate as-built MEP models.

Process and interpret laser scan/point cloud data to develop detailed as-built MEP BIM models (LOD 300-500), perform clash detection and coordination, adhere to QA/QC and BIM execution plans, and collaborate with project teams to deliver accurate MEP layouts.

Assist with adding, reviewing, and updating annotations in BIM models (Revit, AutoCAD). Ensure annotations follow BIM standards, prepare construction drawings and documentation, maintain consistency in text/dimensions/tags, perform quality checks, manage annotation libraries/templates, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and BIM coordinators.
