As a Solutions Engineer, you will guide AI startups in Neo4j's Startup Program, helping them implement graph and LLM solutions, ensuring successful onboarding and production adoption while providing technical leadership and promoting best practices.

Lead post-sale technical onboarding for enterprise customers: design secure cloud network architectures, provision AuraDB or self-managed clusters, implement IAM/SSO and system hardening, architect data ingestion pipelines, optimise Cypher performance, configure observability, produce architecture deliverables, and transition customers to operations.
