Build scalable security operating models and teams, oversee audits and regulatory requirements, establish AI security and governance frameworks for LLMs and GenAI, and advise executive leaders and strategic customers. Partner with technology, delivery, sales, legal, and business stakeholders to strengthen security posture, support customer engagements, and enable responsible business growth.

Supports quality assurance for Salesforce Service Cloud applications by executing functional, regression, and integration tests; maintaining automation scripts; validating Salesforce components and integrations; preparing test data; documenting defects in Jira or Copado DevOps; and collaborating with development, business analysis, and product teams in an Agile environment.
