Design, develop, and maintain scalable telephony applications using Freeswitch and Lua. The Cloud Engineer manages IT infrastructure for Netrix and customers, focusing on administration, troubleshooting, and monitoring of servers and virtualization technologies while ensuring excellent customer interaction and documentation.

Administer, configure, and support domain-separated ServiceNow instances across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, Asset Management, workspaces, analytics, and integrations. Develop client scripts, business rules, workflows, and APIs; maintain CMDB integrity; troubleshoot platform issues; enforce governance and domain separation; document requirements and deliver training.

Enter, update, and validate customer quotes in the CRM with high accuracy. Verify source documents, correct basic discrepancies, follow SOPs, maintain electronic records, support operational workflows, and communicate with stakeholders to meet productivity, quality, and turnaround expectations.
