Design, develop, and maintain scalable telephony applications using Freeswitch and Lua. Research and implement solutions, troubleshoot VoIP issues (SIP/RTP/codecs), integrate Freeswitch with other systems, build custom modules, contribute to architecture, and collaborate with developers and system administrators.

Maintain and administer client computer networks, perform disaster recovery and backups, implement network security, troubleshoot hardware/software, monitor performance, coordinate access, create documentation, and travel to client sites as needed.

Design, deploy, and maintain VMware-based private cloud infrastructure across data centers. Support compute, storage, backup, and DR; troubleshoot cross-stack issues; manage converged/hyperconverged platforms; perform capacity planning, migrations, documentation, and participate in rotating on-call support.

Manage end-to-end patching, compliance, and endpoint lifecycle for Windows and macOS using RMM/MDM tools. Drive remediation to meet SLAs, execute OS upgrades, automate patching and reporting, support Azure/M365 and backups, and act as a customer-facing technical owner collaborating with TAM/CSM.

Design, implement, and operate enterprise-scale Windows and macOS lifecycle management using Jamf Pro and Intune. Own device enrollment, policy/configuration, patching, compliance monitoring, remediation workflows, Jamf-Intune integration, reporting, and endpoint security hygiene. Serve as customer-facing SME collaborating with senior engineers and delivery leads to drive device strategy and operational governance.

Manage and troubleshoot customer and Netrix IT infrastructure across on-prem, hosted and cloud environments. Administer Windows Servers, AD/DNS/DHCP, virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), Azure and M365, backup and restore processes (Veeam/Datto/Carbonite), document configurations, support TOC/NOC escalation, participate in onboarding, change/problem management, and continuous improvement while meeting KPIs.

The Cloud Engineer manages IT infrastructure for Netrix and customers, focusing on administration, troubleshooting, and monitoring of servers and virtualization technologies while ensuring excellent customer interaction and documentation.
