Maintains customer and contract records in CRM and ERP systems, initiates billing, prepares accurate invoices, resolves billing inconsistencies, and supports sales and accounting teams. The role manages customer master data, processes sales orders, coordinates with internal stakeholders and an overseas shared-services accounting team, and helps improve billing processes and documentation. This is an evening-shift position requiring strong attention to detail, financial data skills, communication, and familiarity with accounts receivable or credit and collections.

Design, implement, and operate enterprise-scale Windows and macOS lifecycle management using Jamf Pro and Intune. Own device enrollment, policy/configuration, patching, compliance monitoring, remediation workflows, Jamf-Intune integration, reporting, and endpoint security hygiene. Serve as customer-facing SME collaborating with senior engineers and delivery leads to drive device strategy and operational governance.

The Cloud Engineer manages IT infrastructure for Netrix and customers, focusing on administration, troubleshooting, and monitoring of servers and virtualization technologies while ensuring excellent customer interaction and documentation.

Maintain and administer client computer networks, perform disaster recovery and backups, implement network security, troubleshoot hardware/software, monitor performance, coordinate access, create documentation, and travel to client sites as needed.

Design, deploy, and maintain VMware-based private cloud infrastructure across data centers. Support compute, storage, backup, and DR; troubleshoot cross-stack issues; manage converged/hyperconverged platforms; perform capacity planning, migrations, documentation, and participate in rotating on-call support.
