Maintain and administer client computer networks, perform disaster recovery and backups, implement network security, troubleshoot hardware/software, monitor performance, coordinate access, create documentation, and travel to client sites as needed.

Design, deploy, and maintain VMware-based private cloud infrastructure across data centers. Support compute, storage, backup, and DR; troubleshoot cross-stack issues; manage converged/hyperconverged platforms; perform capacity planning, migrations, documentation, and participate in rotating on-call support.

Manage and troubleshoot on‑prem, hosted, and cloud IT infrastructure. Administer Windows Servers, AD/DNS/DHCP, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), Azure and M365, and backup/restore (Veeam, Datto, Carbonite). Serve as escalation for TOC/NOC and Service Desk, document procedures, support client onboarding, follow change/process management, and improve operational practices.
