Teams at Netskope

Own technical sales activities for Netskope’s cloud security solutions in the Delhi territory. Present architecture and business value to security leaders, deliver product demonstrations, lead evaluations and proofs of concept, respond to RFIs and RFPs, and support sales targets. The role gathers customer requirements, advises on competitive solutions, advocates for customers, collaborates with product and support teams, and requires extensive regional travel.

Leads multiple cross-functional software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and compliance programs across global teams. Develops schedules, budgets, resource plans, roadmaps, and risk-management strategies; coordinates sprint planning, releases, testing, and post-launch improvements. Partners with engineering, product, and business leaders to ensure timely delivery, manage dependencies, improve processes, and support enterprise SaaS and infrastructure initiatives.

Lead the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and operation of highly available backend services for endpoint data security. Establish architectural direction, improve reliability and observability, drive engineering standards, conduct code reviews, manage technical initiatives, and mentor engineers. The role requires extensive Golang experience, cloud scaling expertise, CI/CD knowledge, observability experience, and the ability to influence AI-assisted development practices.
