Build scalable Python automation frameworks, AI evaluation pipelines, synthetic datasets, and validation workflows. Test APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and agent orchestration while integrating quality gates into CI/CD. Validate vector databases, model behavior, safety, observability, reliability, performance, and cloud deployments across Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and support on-premises and cloud infrastructure. Manage incidents, service requests, and changes through ServiceNow, develop automation scripts, maintain system documentation, and collaborate with engineering teams to sustain secure, high-performing systems and 99.9% uptime. The role includes Linux administration, web and database server management, infrastructure monitoring, storage administration, and participation in shifts and a 24/7 on-call rotation.

First-line technical support for customers across chat/call/email: troubleshoot DNS, domains, hosting, email and CMS issues; follow up, escalate, test products, report bugs, and suggest process improvements. Role works rotational 24/7 shifts.
