The ServiceNow Solution Architect - AI role involves leading and mentoring a team, designing and deploying AI-driven applications, managing application development, and integrating solutions into ServiceNow modules. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to technical standards.

Develop, train, deploy, and maintain machine learning and generative AI solutions, including predictive models, NLP applications, chatbots, LLMs, and agentic AI systems. Design scalable ETL pipelines, optimize databases, process large datasets with Spark and Snowflake, and create business visualizations. The role requires expertise across Python, SQL, cloud AI platforms, machine learning frameworks, databases, and data engineering.

Develop and enhance ServiceNow TSM/OMT customer applications for work order management, scheduling, and dispatch. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical SMEs to configure event rules, CMDB binding, discovery, service mapping, certification management, and Service Graph Connectors. Build interfaces, integrations, and REST-based components; configure MID servers, identification rules, discovery patterns, and multi-tier service mappings; and migrate patterns across environments while preventing duplicate configuration items.

Lead and mentor software engineers delivering complex ServiceNow professional services projects. Gather ITSM requirements, customize applications and workflows, configure integrations, implement CMDB, discovery, asset management, service maps, impact rules, and event management. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical SMEs, support testing and environment deployments, resolve production incidents, maintain documentation, and ensure solutions follow technical standards and customer requirements.

Lead ServiceNow AI/ML development, mentor engineers, and architect Agentic AI solutions. Build, train, and deploy machine learning models, NLP and LLM applications, chatbots, autonomous agents, ETL pipelines, and large-scale analytics across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Work with Spark, Snowflake, databases, visualization platforms, and ServiceNow to deliver intelligent workflow automation for global enterprises.

Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning and AI solutions, including predictive models, NLP applications, chatbots, LLMs, and agentic AI systems. Build scalable data and ETL pipelines using cloud platforms, big data technologies, and databases. Apply TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and cloud AI services while creating data visualizations and optimizing analytics workflows.

Develop, train, deploy, and maintain machine learning and AI models for predictive analytics, NLP, conversational AI, and automation. Build scalable solutions using cloud platforms, big data technologies, databases, ETL pipelines, visualization tools, LLMs, and agentic AI systems. Collaborate with a global client and adapt solutions to evolving AI requirements.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and market launch for agentic AI solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements, validate features, integrate with ServiceNow, drive POCs and production rollouts, and measure ROI and IP/services revenue.
