Gather requirements, design and implement integrations (MID Server and cloud-to-cloud), configure Flow Designer, scripting, Event and Impact rules, perform UAT, promote update sets, remediate production incidents, and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.

Lead process governance and quality management for ServiceNow delivery. Define enterprise delivery processes, QMS, KPIs/SLAs, audits, and continuous improvement. Mentor teams, drive release/testing standards, collaborate with practice leads and clients to improve implementation maturity and reduce rework.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop applications for Work Order management in ServiceNow, ensuring proper CMDB binding and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance functionality.
