Administers U.S. employee benefits by processing enrollments, terminations, and eligibility changes; maintaining records; reviewing carrier files; coordinating with insurance carriers and internal teams; supporting open enrollment and renewals; resolving issues; and managing ticket queues while meeting SLA commitments. Requires basic U.S. payroll knowledge, strong spreadsheet skills, organization, attention to detail, and proactive follow-through.

Owns payroll implementation data by extracting, cleaning, mapping, loading, and reconciling employee, compensation, tax, benefits, and retirement data. Performs validation and audit checks, verifies deductions and contribution limits, documents variances, maintains loading records, and updates project and ticketing systems. Works with US implementation specialists to ensure accurate client onboarding and first payroll processing.

Manage live chat support through Pylon for employers, employees, and contractors with payroll, benefits, and account questions. Resolve issues or escalate them appropriately, document interactions, follow up on pending inquiries, and maintain empathetic, professional communication. Work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7 coverage.
