Simplify talent tools and guidance while promoting inclusive, consistent decision-making and supporting leadership pipeline development across a global matrix organization.

Designs, develops, and supports scalable cloud-native observability software and distributed systems. Owns features end to end, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and operational support. Builds CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, containerized deployments, and Kubernetes solutions. Collaborates with architects, product owners, and engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments while improving reliability, performance, maintainability, and developer productivity.

Design, develop, and manage cloud-native distributed systems, microservices, and platform components across the full software lifecycle. Lead architecture, Kubernetes platform engineering, CI/CD, test automation, observability, DevSecOps, reliability, and AI-powered engineering automation. Mentor engineers, drive technical standards, and collaborate cross-functionally. Serve additionally as Scrum Master for a SAFe agile team, supporting planning and delivery commitments.
