Lead and manage a global data protection team, develop and execute data security governance, controls, and monitoring (DAM, encryption). Oversee RCSA/PRCI, KRI/KPI reporting, compliance with ISO/NIST/SANS frameworks, handle audits/regulatory inquiries, and drive program strategy, staffing, and performance management.

Lead the Automation Center of Excellence to design, deploy, and support automation solutions (RPA, Xceptor, Alteryx, Duco, OCR, Power BI, AI/ML). Manage projects, stakeholders, and teams; define KPIs and ROI, drive automation strategy, oversee resource prioritization, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable operational and cost efficiencies.

Lead technical delivery and vendor-managed implementation of payments/financial products (ACI, Fiserv, Finacle, Intellect, SAP). Ensure scalability, reliability, DR/failover, clustering, archival, automated monitoring, and performance tuning. Collaborate with business, product, infrastructure, and vendors; gather requirements, run demos/GAP analysis, troubleshoot issues, and drive process automation and continual improvement.
