Build scalable AI-powered full-stack applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, agents, and model orchestration. Develop LLM evaluation frameworks, automated testing, performance metrics, data pipelines, vector retrieval layers, and backend APIs. Work with Azure, Databricks, Postgres, and AI frameworks while contributing to lightweight React interfaces and production monitoring, security, and scalability.

Leads complex infrastructure lifecycle and end-of-support technology upgrade projects from planning through implementation. Defines scope, schedules, budgets, resources, roadmaps, and reporting while coordinating application, infrastructure, architecture, vendor, and business stakeholders. Identifies and resolves technical risks and blockers, supports implementation-pattern design, ensures audit and quality compliance, and drives projects to closure across multi-year modernization initiatives.

Develops and maintains software for complex data-processing projects, including requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, debugging, installation, and production support. Evaluates new technologies, conducts feasibility studies, recommends process improvements, consults with business and technology partners, contributes to strategic planning, and mentors junior analysts. Requires strong full-stack development experience with Java, Unix, and Python, with React, Angular, and Oracle as preferred skills.
