Lead oversight and quality-control of third‑party risk programs, provide second‑line challenge to first‑line activities, interpret policies, advise stakeholders, coordinate limited projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure regulatory compliance across the third‑party lifecycle in a global financial services environment.

Subject-matter expert in end-to-end private equity fund accounting and transfer agency activities. Acts as liaison between accounting and stakeholders, reviews deliverables, manages resources, drives system changes and testing (manual/automated), identifies automation opportunities, handles client/audit queries, coaches and trains staff, and serves as backup to the team lead.

Lead and manage a global data protection team, develop and execute data security governance, controls, and monitoring (DAM, encryption). Oversee RCSA/PRCI, KRI/KPI reporting, compliance with ISO/NIST/SANS frameworks, handle audits/regulatory inquiries, and drive program strategy, staffing, and performance management.
