The Associate Manager, HR Operations & Technology optimizes employee lifecycle processes, HR systems, reporting, and workforce analytics. Responsibilities include client- and server-side scripting, workflow and Flow Designer automation, integrations, platform configuration, testing, troubleshooting, production support, scoped application development, cross-scope design, and CSDM implementation. The role also contributes to strategic platform initiatives and collaborates with platform leads, owners, and business stakeholders.

Reviews client contracts for financial deviations, manages contracting issues and payment schedules, implements inflation rates, responds to helpdesk tickets, completes study-close reconciliations, supports financial reporting and analysis, and contributes to project finance process improvements.
