The role focuses on recruiting professionals across clinical operations, biostatistics, data management, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, and related functions.

Leads global end-to-end billing operations, overseeing invoice accuracy, timeliness, compliance, revenue assurance, reporting, and issue resolution. Manages billing analysts, coordinates with finance and operational stakeholders, supports audits and close activities, and drives process standardization, automation, and ERP improvements. The role monitors billing KPIs, reduces revenue leakage and backlogs, and ensures effective customer and sponsor engagement.

Manages customer invoicing, collections, cash application, account reconciliations, disputes, reporting, and audit support. The role monitors receivables, follows up on overdue balances, resolves billing issues, prepares aging and collection reports, supports month-end close, and contributes to process improvements and ERP automation. It collaborates with project managers, finance, operations, business development, and global customers to maintain accurate billing, healthy cash flow, and effective accounts receivable controls.
