The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) ensures operational IT service continuity by monitoring incidents, resolving technical issues, and managing client requests across multiple technology domains.

Provide L2 application managed services for packaged applications (ERP, middleware): monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents and service requests; execute change management; coach L1/service desk; work with automation and projects; produce trend analysis and support disaster recovery and maintenance.

Provide L2 networking managed services: monitor, investigate, and resolve medium-complexity incidents; update and escalate tickets; perform change and maintenance tasks; collaborate on automation, coaching L1 teams, and contribute to projects and disaster recovery as needed.
