Leads global people reporting, metrics governance, data quality, semantic modeling, and HR-Finance reconciliation. Owns executive reporting, self-service analytics, report rationalization, privacy controls, lineage, and historical workforce data integrity. Partners with HRIS, IT, Finance, Analytics, and AI teams while leading distributed teams and establishing enterprise standards for governed people data.

Implements, configures, troubleshoots, and supports Cisco Unified Collaboration technologies across enterprise deployments. Handles installations, break/fix incidents, voice and video conferencing systems, gateways, certificates, virtualization, and Webex Calling. Resolves client issues within SLAs, escalates complex problems, supports L3/L4 engineers, maintains operational documentation, provides client presentations, and mentors junior engineers. Requires moderate collaboration engineering experience, strong Cisco platform expertise, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and CCNP Collaboration certification.

Provides expert technical support, design, implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades for enterprise Cisco collaboration and voice environments. The role manages Unified Communications technologies, voice gateways, contact center platforms, conferencing solutions, certificates, virtualization, and related documentation. It engages clients, develops technical specifications and proposals, coordinates junior engineers, escalates complex issues, identifies implementation risks, and provides mentoring and best-practice guidance. The position requires extensive Cisco collaboration experience and a valid CCNP Voice or Collaboration certification.
