Provide L2 networking managed services: monitor, investigate, and resolve medium-complexity incidents; update and escalate tickets; perform change and maintenance tasks; collaborate on automation, coaching L1 teams, and contribute to projects and disaster recovery as needed.

Provide first-line monitoring and support for clients' collaboration, contact center and voice systems across private and public cloud. Troubleshoot incidents, perform approved maintenance (patching/configuration), triage and document cases, deliver phone/chat support, update knowledge articles, and suggest process improvements to reduce incidents while meeting SLAs and maintaining positive client communication.

Provide L2 networking managed services: monitor infrastructure, investigate and resolve incidents, manage tickets and escalations, execute changes, set up monitoring, support disaster recovery, collaborate on automation, coach L1/service desk, and contribute to project and trend-analysis work to reduce incidents.
