Designs and leads automated and system-level testing for a large-scale distributed database engine. Responsibilities include developing test plans, regression suites, workload and performance testing, CI/QA infrastructure, debugging query behavior, analyzing bottlenecks, improving test coverage, and validating scalability and correctness. The role collaborates with development and leadership teams, supports escalated issues, owns database testing infrastructure, and mentors junior engineers.

Provides technical customer support for Ocient products across cloud and on-premises environments. Responsibilities include handling high-volume tickets, on-call support, issue triage, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting distributed systems, validating issues and features with Engineering, and assisting Level I support engineers. Requires database administration, SQL, Linux/Unix, system administration, log analysis, networking, scripting, and infrastructure experience.

Designs and leads automated and manual testing for a complex browser-based UI. Responsibilities include Playwright-based end-to-end automation, regression, accessibility, responsive and performance testing, backend/API/SQL validation, flaky test diagnosis, CI integration, design review, release sign-off, issue investigation, test strategy, and mentoring junior engineers.
