Designs and executes UI performance, API, and end-to-end automated tests using Playwright or Selenium, Artillery, JavaScript or Java, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines. Analyzes test results, debugs failures, performs root cause analysis, validates data, and collaborates with development and product teams to improve quality. The role also tests AI-driven features and uses AI coding tools. Preferred experience includes cloud technologies, Datadog, Jenkins, Allure, Docker, and permission testing.

Lead hands-on quality engineering for analytics, dashboards, KPIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and application functionality. Validate data across source systems, transformations, warehouses, and reporting layers using complex SQL queries. Build test automation, integrate quality checks into CI/CD, troubleshoot discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and mentor Quality Engineers. Daily use of AI-assisted engineering tools such as Cursor or Claude is mandatory.

The Senior Product Designer will create intuitive experiences for complex enterprise and AI-driven workflows. Responsibilities include owning product design from discovery through execution, collaborating with product, engineering, research, and stakeholders, evolving design systems, applying accessibility best practices, prototyping solutions, and communicating design rationale. The role requires strong interaction design, systems thinking, experience with data-dense interfaces, and proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools.

Provides front-line technical and product support for Onit’s SaaS legal operations platform through phone, email, and online channels. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, educating users, managing software subscriptions, resolving customer escalations, supporting implementations, contributing product feedback, and completing projects. The role also assists and coaches colleagues while working independently in a fast-paced technology environment.
