Manage and maintain Oracle databases on Exadata and Oracle Cloud, perform installation, configuration, backup/recovery (RMAN, Data Guard, GoldenGate), RAC/ASM/Grid setup, performance tuning, security, capacity planning, DR recoveries, 24x7 support, patching, and documentation.

Design, develop, enhance and support Informatica ETL jobs; gather detailed requirements; write SQL against Oracle; perform unit testing and production support; identify and resolve data quality issues; support adoption of data management processes; follow SDLC/Agile and escalate risks as needed.

Serve as primary external contact for Correspondent Lending: register and price loan commitments, execute bulk bids/assignments, resolve registration/pricing/delivery issues, manage high call volumes, and coordinate with Operations, Underwriting, Funding, Capital Markets, and Sales to mitigate risk and maintain profitability.
