Lead end-to-end development of customer web platforms using AEM and modern frontend technologies. Define technical solutions, scope, timelines, and delivery plans; translate business requirements into implementation; facilitate discovery, workshops, grooming, estimation, demos, and retrospectives; and manage customer communication. Build reusable JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, review code, mentor developers, ensure quality and accessibility, support content authors, and contribute to presales and frontend technology improvements.

Designs and develops responsive, accessible, high-performance web experiences using AEM and modern front-end technologies. Translates business and content requirements into scalable technical solutions, creates intuitive authoring experiences, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JAMstack development, design systems, API integration, accessibility, content structuring, performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, version control, and front-end build pipelines.

Owns availability, resilience, monitoring, performance, capacity, incident response, disaster recovery, deployments, vulnerability remediation, and cost optimization for critical Azure audit applications. The role applies DevOps practices, operates containerized cloud-native workloads, maintains documentation and compliance evidence, and leads a globally distributed infrastructure team. Participation in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation is required, along with collaboration across engineering, security, architecture, cloud platform, and business teams.
