Develop, test, maintain, and optimize scalable applications using React, React.js, and Python or .NET. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration, architecture, debugging, documentation, and coding best practices. Evaluate emerging technologies and apply AI tools, including generative and agentic AI, to enhance application functionality.

Designs end-to-end AI and generative AI solutions, leads RFP responses, develops proposals and sales collateral, conducts client workshops, and engages executive stakeholders. The role establishes AI governance, compliance, and observability frameworks; partners with engineering teams on delivery; and manages and mentors solution architects, data scientists, and engineers. It requires strong expertise in GenAI stacks, RAG, multi-agent systems, LLMOps, responsible AI, consulting, and enterprise pre-sales.

Design and implement high-throughput, low-latency Rust systems: lock-free and thread-safe data structures, custom thread pools and schedulers, algorithmic and memory optimizations, custom allocators, and continuous profiling/benchmarking to achieve predictable low-latency performance.
