Own PadCare’s government sales cycle across India, from identifying opportunities and engaging public-sector decision-makers to managing GeM listings, tenders, bids, negotiations, and purchase-order closures. Build relationships with municipalities, government departments, universities, hospitals, PSUs, and transport networks. Maintain the sales pipeline, CRM records, order-book targets, and market intelligence while traveling extensively across India.

Verifies and reconciles customer, order, agreement, tax, and onboarding data across business systems and supporting documents. Investigates missing or conflicting information, coordinates corrections with internal stakeholders, manages approved data changes, maintains verification and discrepancy trackers, and re-verifies records through closure. The role also identifies recurring data-quality issues and recommends process improvements.

Own internal Order-to-Cash platform modules from requirements through delivery. Analyze business workflows, define functional specifications, data structures, validations, dependencies, and edge cases. Write and execute functional, end-to-end, and UAT test cases; manage bugs and verify releases. Coordinate with external developers, validate module data, and perform post-go-live accuracy checks across Sales, Onboarding, Operations, and Finance.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and on-ground roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and position closure. Coordinate with stakeholders, hiring vendors, candidates, and internal teams while maintaining recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring dashboards. Support blue-collar hiring and HR administration as needed in a fast-paced Pune-based startup environment.

Drive B2B sales of menstrual hygiene products across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include lead generation, client relationship management, product demonstrations, awareness sessions, pricing negotiation, deal closure, sales reporting, target achievement, competitor monitoring, marketing collaboration, and after-sales support. The role requires extensive field travel and engagement with corporate clients, educational institutions, malls, and government organizations.
