Optimize SEO content, run A/B tests, track performance metrics, coordinate agencies and designers, and support internal and external events. The role also involves reputation monitoring, stakeholder collaboration, and using AI tools to improve content workflows and output.

Supports the Customer Success team with tracking contract renewals, coordinating client follow-ups, preparing renewal proposals and documentation, updating CRM data, collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Finance, and improving renewal processes and reporting. The intern gains experience in client communication, renewal lifecycle management, revenue retention, sales operations, and customer success strategies.

Leads industrial R&D projects involving recovered pulp, plastics, polymers, composites, and recycled materials. Designs laboratory and pilot-scale experiments, improves material quality and processes, develops recycling and recovery applications, characterizes materials, analyzes data, and supports scale-up to commercial operations. The role also includes root-cause investigations, technical documentation, collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to intellectual-property development.
