Manage the full contract renewal lifecycle for assigned clients, including outreach, follow-ups, queries, escalations, documentation, invoicing, and agreement processing. Track renewal statuses and forecasts in CRM systems, coordinate with sales, finance, operations, legal, and documentation teams, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Contribute client feedback and insights to retention strategies while maintaining strong customer relationships and accurate records.

Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and pipeline management. Assist with job descriptions, employer branding, HR communications, employee engagement, training coordination, employee records, and HR documentation. This full-time Pune-based internship offers hands-on exposure to talent acquisition and human resources within a fast-paced startup environment.

Create and publish social media content, monitor online brand reputation, research markets and competitors, design basic marketing assets, support digital and offline campaigns, maintain content calendars, track performance metrics, and coordinate with internal teams and partners. The role also supports community engagement, branding, and content opportunities for a mission-driven sustainability startup.
