Develops end-to-end cloud applications using C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, Next.js, and TypeScript on Azure. Builds secure APIs, enterprise integrations, containerized deployments, tests, CI/CD workflows, and production support processes. Integrates Azure OpenAI and AI services to create agents, tool-calling workflows, MCP integrations, and RAG solutions with search, embeddings, grounding, and citations. Collaborates with architects, developers, QA, and program teams while evaluating AI quality, reliability, latency, and cost.

Design, build, test, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines using Python, PySpark, and Apache Airflow. Administer and optimize Snowflake environments, virtual warehouses, and MLOps workflows. Enforce data governance, quality, and compliance standards while supporting self-service data ownership. Create technical designs, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, support production services, and collaborate with architecture teams.

Perform manual functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing for enterprise Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash implementations. Responsibilities include validating product configurations, pricing, discounting, approvals, quotes, contracts, amendments, renewals, MDQ, billing handoffs, and ERP or external integrations. Create test plans, scenarios, and data; manage defects; support releases; and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Develop and support scalable Java applications, APIs, integrations, and distributed systems. Lead technical design, modernization, code reviews, testing, deployments, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders across Agile and Waterfall initiatives, manage junior developers, contribute to DevOps and lifecycle processes, and support manufacturing-related systems.

Analyzes Finance and Legal workflows, identifies automation opportunities, and translates policies into functional requirements using n8n and Workato. Defines integrations with ERP, billing, CRM, CPQ, and contract lifecycle systems while ensuring approvals, segregation of duties, audit trails, compliance, and exception handling. Creates BRDs, specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria; supports UAT, governance validation, roadmap planning, and post-launch stabilization. Partners with Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, IT, Security, and Automation Engineering.
