AI / Full-Stack Developer
Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on AI / Full-Stack Developer to
design, build, test, and deploy modern cloud applications and AI-enabled
capabilities on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong C#/.NET
and ASP.NET Core API experience, working knowledge of Next.js/TypeScript, and
experience with Azure, containers, APIs, and modern software engineering
practices. Experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, MCP, or enterprise AI services
is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
· Develop backend services using C#/.NET and
ASP.NET Core Minimal APIs.
· Build and enhance frontend applications using
Next.js and TypeScript.
· Develop secure REST APIs and integrations with
enterprise systems.
· Write clean, modular, maintainable, and testable
production code.
· Implement authentication, authorization,
validation, exception handling, logging, and API security.
· Use pnpm for frontend dependency management.
AI Development
· Integrate applications with Azure OpenAI/OpenAI
and Azure AI services.
· Develop AI agents, multi-step workflows, and
tool/function calling.
· Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP)
integrations and enterprise tools.
· Build RAG capabilities using enterprise data,
embeddings, vector/hybrid search, grounding, and citations.
· Develop and maintain prompts, agent
configurations, and structured AI outputs.
· Participate in AI evaluation for accuracy,
groundedness, reliability, latency, and cost.
Azure, DevOps &
Engineering
· Develop and deploy applications using Azure App
Service and support future Azure Container Apps adoption where appropriate.
· Build and maintain applications using Docker
Desktop, WSL, VS Code Dev Containers, and Windows 365 Cloud PCs.
· Use GitHub for source control and project
tracking and follow GitHub Flow, pull-request, code-review, CI/CD, and
tagged-release practices.
· Develop unit, API, integration, and end-to-end
tests; test and troubleshoot APIs using Postman.
· Use Claude Code Enterprise responsibly for
development, testing, documentation, and engineering productivity.
· Collaborate with architects, developers, QA
engineers, and program teams using Microsoft Teams.
Required Qualifications
· 4–7 years of software development experience.
· Strong hands-on C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core
development.
· Experience developing REST APIs and enterprise
integrations.
· Experience with Next.js, React,
JavaScript/TypeScript, or comparable frontend technologies.
· Experience developing and deploying applications
on Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Service.
· Experience with Docker and containerized
application development.
· Strong Git/GitHub experience and understanding
of CI/CD.
· Understanding of authentication, authorization,
API security, and secure coding.
· Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and
problem-solving skills.
Preferred AI Skills
· Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs and enterprise LLM
applications.
· AI agents, agentic workflows, and tool/function
calling.
· Model Context Protocol (MCP).
· Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG),
embeddings, vector/hybrid search, and Azure AI Search.
· Prompt engineering, structured outputs, AI
evaluation, and observability.
· Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework,
Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.
