Develop and support cloud-based school administration products using ReactJS, .NET/C#, and Azure. Resolve technical blockers, contribute to architecture, review code, manage CI/CD and deployments, support Windows Services, and collaborate with distributed Agile teams to deliver features and improve delivery quality.

The Release Manager will oversee release governance, manage software releases, coordinate deployments, support transition activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role involves ensuring operational tasks are completed, managing incidents via ServiceNow, automation of manual processes, patching, and supporting cloud technologies, among other responsibilities.

Handle payment disputes (DDICs, chargebacks), investigate and resolve unmatched payments, maintain bank details and approval workflows, escalate risks, and support second-line finance customer enquiries while recommending process improvements to reduce disputes.

Lead QA efforts for web and cloud-based education products, designing and executing functional, API, ETL, automated and non-functional tests. Build automation frameworks, mentor QA team members, manage testing activities and timelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and report quality metrics to improve product reliability and performance.

Manage and administer core monitoring platforms, create automation and end-user monitoring solutions, handle 3rd line support and on-call rotations, maintain ServiceNow knowledge articles, oversee capacity/performance and SQL backup management, and support Azure/Active Directory environments to improve fault detection and recovery.

Support the Commercial Operations team by maintaining accurate contract and customer data, processing renewals and invoices, cleansing and reporting data across Dynamics365/HubSpot/Binary Stream, handling contract queries, and developing standardized comm ops processes to ensure timely, accurate commercial operations.

Provide hands-on technical leadership and full-stack architecture across UI, backend, database, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure. Drive delivery, mentor teams, enforce architectural standards, participate in governance forums, prototype R&D solutions, and improve platform components to accelerate development.
