Support the Commercial Operations team by maintaining accurate contract and customer data, processing renewals and invoices, cleansing and reporting data across Dynamics365/HubSpot/Binary Stream, handling contract queries, and developing standardized comm ops processes to ensure timely, accurate commercial operations.

Coordinate scheduling and resources for Implementation and Professional Services, collaborate across teams to resolve customer queries, monitor and report campaign progress, support weekly reviews, track revenue data for reporting and forecasting, maintain process documentation and business system records, and provide administrative and data-entry support.

Manage multiple catering implementation projects across the UK and Northern Ireland through full lifecycle delivery. Own scoping, planning, delivery, go-live and handover; coordinate cross-functional technical, training and operations teams; manage stakeholders and suppliers; maintain project documentation, risk registers, change requests and regular reporting to programme stakeholders.
