The role involves guiding a Scrum team in developing Finance software with a focus on scalable services, code ownership, and mentoring. You'll design solutions, ensure code test coverage, and apply Agile methodologies to enhance product delivery.

Lead QA activities including designing and executing test strategies, developing and maintaining automated test frameworks, performing functional/regression/integration/performance/security testing, tracking and resolving defects, mentoring junior QA engineers, and improving QA processes to ensure high-quality software releases.
