Own advertising performance for a portfolio of marketplace accounts across strategy, targets, partner relationships, and outcomes. Manage Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, and Amazon Marketing Cloud campaigns; translate data into commercial decisions; proactively identify risks and optimization opportunities; lead partner conversations; manage budgets; and support team targets. The role also includes mentoring or line management, performance reporting narratives, and autonomous account ownership.

Manage purchase orders and brand-level ordering while monitoring inventory, sales trends, forecasts, and stock performance. Develop forecasts, resolve in-stock issues, validate ordering data, and maintain inventory and purchase order reports. Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising on Google and marketplaces (including Amazon) to drive revenue. Manage budgets, reporting, tracking, client communication, cross-functional alignment, and coach junior team members.

Manage outsourced payroll processing, validate payroll inputs and final reports, coordinate vendor activities, and ensure timely salary disbursement. Handle Indian payroll taxes, statutory deductions, filings, audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance. Resolve employee payroll queries, generate reports, support payroll budgeting and forecasting, and maintain confidentiality and accuracy.

Perform detailed quality assurance on Amazon A+ Content, Image Stacks, and ecommerce product imagery. Cross-reference designs and content, verify copy, imagery, file naming, SKUs, approvals, and compliance, then document prioritized issues with actionable feedback. Track project progress, coordinate corrections, maintain brand-specific QA guidelines, and improve inspection workflows. The role requires strong visual attention, ecommerce awareness, proficiency with creative and productivity tools, and adaptability with AI technologies.

Design and produce a wide range of visual assets (events, campaigns, mailers, swag, ads, decks, eBooks, one-pagers, documents). Develop and push the Pattern brand through strategic creative thinking, collaborate with the creative team from concept through production, manage projects and timelines, communicate across the company, and present work with a strong design point of view.

Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, legal review, procurement, and contract signing. Build a self-generated pipeline, run demos and proposals, forecast accurately, and use MEDDICC qualification. Develop partnerships with Meta, Snap, agencies, and brands while collaborating with customer success, product, and marketing teams. Contribute to hiring, sales-process improvements, and company-wide commercial initiatives.

Design user experiences and interfaces for a global e-commerce fulfillment network covering inventory receiving, tracking, auditing, and shipping. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to identify insights, define requirements, conduct design critiques, use and enhance the design system, and ensure product experience quality. Apply knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces, logistics, and competitive trends while owning projects through completion.
