The Senior Graphic Designer drives conceptual design exploration, produces final assets, mentors junior designers, and collaborates with the Art Director to align with brand objectives.

The Advertising Specialist executes advertising strategies, manages campaigns, coordinates tasks, builds performance reports, and works with brands on marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart.

Create high-converting, SEO-optimized Amazon product listing copy that matches diverse brand voices. Collaborate with Art Directors and PMs, iterate using performance data, ensure Amazon compliance and grammatical accuracy, produce project status reports, and contribute to QA and alignment sessions to improve CTR and conversion rates.

Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising on Google and marketplaces (including Amazon) to drive revenue. Manage budgets, reporting, tracking, client communication, cross-functional alignment, and coach junior team members.
