Design user experiences and interfaces for a global e-commerce fulfillment network covering inventory receiving, tracking, auditing, and shipping. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to identify insights, define requirements, conduct design critiques, use and enhance the design system, and ensure product experience quality. Apply knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces, logistics, and competitive trends while owning projects through completion.

Own advertising performance for a portfolio of marketplace accounts across strategy, targets, partner relationships, and outcomes. Manage Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, and Amazon Marketing Cloud campaigns; translate data into commercial decisions; proactively identify risks and optimization opportunities; lead partner conversations; manage budgets; and support team targets. The role also includes mentoring or line management, performance reporting narratives, and autonomous account ownership.

Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising on Google and marketplaces (including Amazon) to drive revenue. Manage budgets, reporting, tracking, client communication, cross-functional alignment, and coach junior team members.
