Perform detailed quality assurance on Amazon A+ Content, Image Stacks, and ecommerce product imagery. Cross-reference designs and content, verify copy, imagery, file naming, SKUs, approvals, and compliance, then document prioritized issues with actionable feedback. Track project progress, coordinate corrections, maintain brand-specific QA guidelines, and improve inspection workflows. The role requires strong visual attention, ecommerce awareness, proficiency with creative and productivity tools, and adaptability with AI technologies.

Design and produce a wide range of visual assets (events, campaigns, mailers, swag, ads, decks, eBooks, one-pagers, documents). Develop and push the Pattern brand through strategic creative thinking, collaborate with the creative team from concept through production, manage projects and timelines, communicate across the company, and present work with a strong design point of view.

Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit; track budgets, KPIs, performance, and reporting; identify scaling opportunities; and coordinate accurate campaign delivery. Monitor client social channels, respond to community interactions, build audience relationships, and assist with content scheduling. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, autonomy, and teamwork.
