The Senior Graphic Designer drives conceptual design exploration, produces final assets, mentors junior designers, and collaborates with the Art Director to align with brand objectives.

Design and produce a wide range of visual assets (events, campaigns, mailers, swag, ads, decks, eBooks, one-pagers, documents). Develop and push the Pattern brand through strategic creative thinking, collaborate with the creative team from concept through production, manage projects and timelines, communicate across the company, and present work with a strong design point of view.

The Staff AI Engineer will design, build, and manage critical systems for Pattern's AI ecosystem, focusing on architecture, reliability, and team mentorship while utilizing AI/ML technologies.
