Manage premium merchant accounts and drive sales of Paytm payment and financial products, including QR codes, Sound Box, card machines, POS software, insurance, and other solutions. Lead and grow merchant sales of EDC and Soundbox products across assigned territories. Recruit, coach, and mentor field sales teams; plan coverage and market size; communicate targets; monitor quality; audit acquisitions; ensure team presence and product usage in the market; and travel extensively across the designated area.
