Manages vendor operations, supplier records, financial and operational reconciliations, rate card governance, reporting, and data quality. The role supports supplier onboarding and offboarding, investigates discrepancies, maintains documentation, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and contributes to process improvement, reporting automation, and operational governance across Finance, Procurement, Technology, business teams, and suppliers.

Define and govern enterprise data architecture for transformation platforms. Lead operational data modelling, integration and event-driven distribution, enforce standards, review supplier and team designs, ensure resilient messaging patterns, and maintain compliance with data governance and residency requirements.

Lead customer discovery and workshops, craft tailored enterprise solution proposals, and collaborate with sales, product, delivery, and customer success to ensure implementation readiness. Use AI tools to design solutions, present executive-level narratives, and support revenue and adoption goals while staying current on AI and digital transformation trends.
