Execute repeatable content operations tasks per SOPs, maintain trackers and records in JIRA/Smartsheet/SharePoint, assist data validation and reporting, escalate issues, and communicate status to supervisors.

Manage assigned components of customer-facing programs: plan and track workstreams, translate requirements into tasks and milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain delivery artefacts (plans, RAID logs, status reports), identify and escalate risks/issues, support customer communications and governance, and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices.

Lead delivery of medium-to-large, multi-project programs: manage plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and governance using Smartsheet; coordinate global stakeholders, provide decision-focused reporting, and drive mitigation and continuous improvement.
