Build and manage cloud platforms, frameworks, and CI/CD infrastructure across production environments. Lead DevOps engineering practices, secure SDLC implementation, cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes and containerization initiatives. Mentor engineers, establish technical design standards, and promote DevOps culture. Design AI-assisted operational automation with appropriate security controls, governance, auditability, and human oversight for incident response, infrastructure management, deployments, and developer productivity.

Own the backend architecture and technical strategy for Perforce Prism, an internal AI platform. Build scalable AI services, agent orchestration, protocols, and production infrastructure while ensuring reliability, observability, security, governance, and cost efficiency. Evaluate emerging AI technologies, optimize inference and model usage, support MongoDB and pipeline dependencies, and guide AI adoption through technical leadership, documentation, training, and stakeholder communication.

Leads and builds Perforce’s commercial contracts team in Pune. Responsibilities include managing legal request intake, triaging workloads, drafting and negotiating complex software, SaaS, professional services, partner, vendor, and data processing agreements, handling escalations, developing contract governance and playbooks, improving AI-enabled workflows, and partnering with US legal and cross-functional teams. The role also involves recruiting, training, mentoring, and managing contracts professionals while supporting global commercial risk decisions.
