Designs and delivers Master Data Management solutions for enterprise clients in a consulting environment. Responsibilities include defining architecture, developing data models, evaluating business processes, guiding implementation and governance strategies, validating infrastructure, coordinating testing and performance optimization, managing internal and partner resources, conducting training, and participating in solution reviews. The role also collaborates with project managers on scope, resourcing, and delivery.

Leads the design, implementation, support, and technical delivery of enterprise Fluent Commerce OMS solutions. Manages OMS developers and integration engineers, reviews architectures and code, oversees integrations with payment, ERP, WMS, commerce, CRM, and loyalty platforms, and ensures scalable, secure, reliable systems. Translates client requirements into technical designs, supports workshops and presales, guides production incidents, and drives Agile delivery. Requires strong expertise in order lifecycle management, distributed order management, APIs, asynchronous integrations, troubleshooting, and retail ecommerce workflows.

Designs, develops, configures, and supports enterprise-scale Fluent Commerce OMS solutions. Builds REST APIs, JSON integrations, webhooks, and asynchronous integrations with ERP, WMS, payment, CRM, loyalty, and eCommerce platforms. Responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting, production support, root cause analysis, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and mentoring junior developers.
