Lead complex Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced implementations from solution design through delivery. Advise clients and Salesforce account teams on RevOps, Quote-to-Cash, billing, contracts, automation, integrations, data migration, and change management. Drive presales, scoping, estimates, executive stakeholder engagement, escalations, reusable delivery assets, and release perspectives. Serve as a functional SME for Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and related Salesforce platforms while mentoring teammates and building long-term client partnerships.

Configure, implement, administer, and customize NetSuite ERP solutions. Responsibilities include data migration, requirements gathering, SuiteScript development, workflows, forms, reports, integrations, testing, bundle installation, and client communication.
