Serves as the senior functional authority for NetSuite manufacturing and distribution implementations. Leads executive discovery, solution design, configuration, lifecycle delivery, and go-live readiness. Advises customers on manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and ERP processes; supports presales scoping and SOW development; manages risks and executive relationships; mentors consultants; and develops reusable implementation assets. Requires deep NetSuite expertise, strong consulting and communication skills, and experience with manufacturing modules, distribution workflows, and ERP transformation delivery.

Lead nonprofit-focused NetSuite discovery, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and delivery. Configure fund accounting, grant management, donor management, restricted and unrestricted funds, budgeting, and revenue recognition. Manage complex projects, document solutions, present recommendations, communicate risks, mentor analysts, and advise clients on reporting and best practices. Support pre-sales activities and collaborate with customers, project managers, consultants, architects, and developers.
