Support daily treasury operations including cash positioning, wire/ACH payments, bank reconciliations, corporate card administration, treasury reporting, account maintenance, audit support, and treasury projects while partnering with AP, Accounting, and business stakeholders, including India banking operations.

Own monthly close package assembly, load and validate financial data in SmartView/Hyperion, use AI tools to streamline reporting, identify process improvements, communicate close status and risks, and support additional financial analysis and reporting.

Own creation, versioning, and distribution of agent-facing insurance marketing collateral. Coordinate with sales, product, legal, and underwriting to ensure materials are accurate, compliant, and on-brand. Manage requests, stakeholder reviews, agent engagement, and maintain marketing libraries and project timelines.

Lead revenue accounting and ASC 606 revenue recognition across insurance and software lines. Own monthly/quarterly/year-end revenue close, review journal entries and reconciliations, evaluate contracts, partner with FP&A/Sales/Product, manage SOX controls, support audits, improve processes, and mentor accounting staff to scale operations in a high-growth environment.

Provide U.S. public-company corporate and securities legal support including SEC reporting, corporate governance and secretarial duties, cap table and financing support, M&A diligence and closings, equity compensation administration, entity maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, and other teams.

Design, implement, and manage enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud environments (Azure). Lead migrations and projects, troubleshoot complex systems, build automation with PowerShell/Bash and agentic AI, enforce security and compliance (NIST, CIS, SOX, PCI), mentor IT staff, and maintain disaster recovery and documentation. Work includes supporting US business hours overlap and after-hours incident response.

Own and administer Zoho CRM end-to-end: maintain modules, automation, integrations, and data hygiene. Read, debug, and extend Deluge/Node.js/Java server-side functions, improve integrations via Zoho Flow/APIs, document the system, and partner with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into CRM configuration.
