Develop mechanical design concepts, specifications, drawings, BOMs, and 3D models using SolidWorks or equivalent CAD tools. Perform stress analyses, simulations, and virtual testing under static and dynamic loads. Create technical documentation, research design methods, and collaborate with manufacturing and product teams. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while applying knowledge of GD&T, welding, sheet metal, weldments, hydraulics, structural design, and manufacturing processes.

Drive franchise acquisition and revenue growth by sourcing leads, managing the complete sales cycle, closing and collecting franchise deals, and coordinating onboarding through outlet launch. The role carries strict quarterly targets of five closures or ₹25,00,000 in collections, with escalating targets for underperformance. Incentives include 5% of collections above the quarterly threshold, subject to realized payments. Consistent underperformance may lead to a performance improvement plan, compensation changes, reassignment, or role downgrade.

Responsible for selling and marketing car parking systems in Bangalore and nearby areas. Duties include researching markets, identifying customer needs, networking to generate sales opportunities, preparing sales and financial reports, negotiating and closing deals, handling customer objections and complaints, and collaborating with the team to improve results.
