Designs and executes process engineering projects from concept through commissioning. Responsibilities include developing process flow diagrams, performing material and energy balances, preparing technical specifications and documentation, coordinating with vendors and contractors, supporting procurement and installation, supervising onsite work, conducting inspections, and assisting project planning. The role requires chemical or mechanical engineering expertise and experience with process design, project engineering, commissioning, and site execution.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, talent management, training coordination, employee engagement, retention initiatives, HR records, MIS reporting, dashboards, and HR metrics. The role coordinates hiring campaigns, induction programs, stabilization of new employees, annual training programs, engagement activities, feedback surveys, and people-management compliance while supporting succession planning and organizational capability building.

Develop mechanical design concepts, specifications, drawings, BOMs, and 3D models using SolidWorks or equivalent CAD tools. Perform stress analyses, simulations, and virtual testing under static and dynamic loads. Create technical documentation, research design methods, and collaborate with manufacturing and product teams. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while applying knowledge of GD&T, welding, sheet metal, weldments, hydraulics, structural design, and manufacturing processes.
