Monitor, triage, and investigate cybersecurity alerts across SIEM, EDR, cloud, endpoint, network, and enterprise environments. Analyze logs, investigate suspicious activity, support incident response and remediation, coordinate escalations, improve detection quality, tune whitelists, and prepare technical reports. Maintain SOC documentation and contribute to operational improvements within a global 24/7 security operations centre.

Build production-grade AI and machine learning security products using Go services and Python pipelines. Develop LLM-powered analysis, RAG, classification, structured extraction, and agentic AI capabilities; establish evaluation datasets, metrics, regression suites, and drift monitoring. Collaborate with security researchers to translate threats into actionable detections, and deploy cloud-native solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms.

Own the roadmap, requirements, prioritization, and launches for AI security platform areas such as cloud discovery, gateway security, agentic security, and forensics. Lead discovery with enterprise security stakeholders, translate needs into PRDs, partner with engineering and security research, define adoption and detection metrics, and support positioning and enablement. The role requires experience shipping B2B security or infrastructure products, technical fluency across cloud and AI systems, and daily use of AI-assisted workflows.
