Produces recurring and ad hoc commercial operations reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis covering pipeline, forecasting, bookings, and performance. Maintains Salesforce data quality, analyzes pipeline health and forecasting trends, supports executive business reviews, and contributes to reporting automation, business intelligence, process improvement, and strategic commercial projects.
