Own payer, plan, and provider data mapping into governed hierarchies. Collaborate with product, engineering, content, delivery, operations, and client success teams to improve data products and operationalize AI/ML-assisted mapping while maintaining human oversight.

Researches markets, competitors, companies, decision-makers, and influencers to identify and qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities. Develops outreach plans, supports Business Development with account intelligence, coordinates marketing collateral, maintains CRM and sales enablement data, generates activity reports, and provides recommendations on pricing, competitiveness, and market conditions. The role targets biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO, and specialty laboratory prospects.
