The Procurement Analyst manages procurement activities for clinical trials including RFP processes, vendor negotiations, and procurement strategy alignment with company objectives.

Identify and qualify sales opportunities for Business Development through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting across Clinical Solutions, Labs, and Biospecimens. Research competitors, markets, decision-makers, and social/media signals to develop outreach plans. Coordinate with Marketing for collateral, maintain CRM and sales enablement systems, produce activity reports, and advise leadership on pricing, competitiveness, and market conditions.

Maintain and validate ERP financial systems for customer project setups, billing support, data migrations, and project finance reporting. Lead data imports, oversee cost schedule corrections, validate system enhancements and project financial reports, and collaborate with financial analysts to resolve process and data issues.

The Proposals and Budgeting Systems Manager will develop and maintain financial tools, support budget processes, and train personnel while ensuring system compatibility and reporting functionality.

Conduct market and competitive research for CROs, specialty labs, and biotech/pharma accounts; identify prospects, qualify inbound leads, support BD outreach and collateral, maintain CRM data, and report on market positioning.
