Identifies and qualifies inbound and outbound sales opportunities for biotech, pharmaceutical, clinical solutions, laboratory, and biospecimen accounts. Conducts market, competitor, product, and decision-maker research; develops outreach plans; coordinates sales collateral with Marketing; maintains CRM and sales enablement data; generates activity reports; and provides recommendations on market conditions, pricing, competitiveness, and company positioning.

Supports clinical trial project teams with financial management, monthly invoicing, revenue recognition, forecast-to-actual variance analysis, project and change-order budget reviews, contract documentation, financial reporting, general ledger activities, and period-end close. The role also assists with project reviews, ad hoc analyses, process improvements, and internal controls while collaborating across Finance and operational teams.

The Procurement Analyst manages procurement activities for clinical trials including RFP processes, vendor negotiations, and procurement strategy alignment with company objectives.
