Lead design, deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting of server, VM, storage and network infrastructure (primarily Azure). Ensure regulatory compliance (21 CFR Part 11), maintain operations documentation, analyze anomalous activity, coordinate resources for infrastructure projects, and recommend data center and server architecture improvements.

Process, verify, and approve investigator/site invoices for clinical trials; track invoice statuses and individual workload in Excel; query and escalate anomalies; provide standard and ad-hoc reports; obtain necessary approvals and support monthly workload metrics.

As a Principal Biostatistical Programmer, you will develop SAS programs for clinical trials, perform quality control, generate analysis datasets, and lead interactions with study teams.
