Lead design and optimization of DevOps ecosystem: build automation, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), monitoring (Grafana/Prometheus/ELK), incident response, and cross-functional collaboration to improve scalability, reliability, and developer productivity for large engineering/CAD software environments.

Lead a technical support group to ensure high customer satisfaction in the PLM domain. Manage escalations, prepare reports in Salesforce.com, communicate resolutions, keep team informed, delegate tasks, and provide visible hands-on leadership while supporting global and local customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Design and implement cloud architectures and deployment automation for enterprise software on public and private clouds. Build IaC and automation, improve monitoring/log management, create training and handoff materials, define cloud readiness standards with R&D, and collaborate to extend cloud offerings.
