Lead a small technical support team for Windchill PLM, ensuring high customer satisfaction, handling escalations, coaching staff, managing training and performance reviews, and producing reports using Salesforce.com.

Design, implement, and deploy secure, performant Java server-side components for the Windchill PLM SaaS platform. Drive automation, DevOps practices, code review and bug fixes, system hardening, configuration management, cross-team knowledge sharing, and help shape the DevOps/security roadmap.
