Develop and maintain ALM software products, create new UI/UX features, write documented code, conduct code reviews, build unit and automated tests, prepare functional and design specifications, estimate work, support QA, and provide technical leadership and customer-facing coordination.

Develop and enhance Windchill PLM software using Java, J2EE, and web technologies. Design, implement, test, document, deploy, and optimize applications while troubleshooting customer issues. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Participate in release management, technical reviews, Scrum ceremonies, automation, and cloud deployment. Provide technical guidance to colleagues and stay current with PTC technologies and emerging development practices.

Leads the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable enterprise Java applications. Drives architecture, technical decisions, code reviews, testing, reliability, documentation, and Agile collaboration. Mentors engineers, promotes software engineering best practices, writes clean and reusable code, and uses AI-assisted development tools. Requires strong Core Java expertise, system design experience, and effective analytical, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
