Leads the design, development, and support of enterprise integrations, workflow automation, cloud solutions, and custom applications. Partners with business, technical, customer, product, and engineering stakeholders to gather requirements and improve processes. Responsibilities include API and database integrations, application development, solution architecture, CI/CD, secure integrations, production support, technical leadership, mentoring, and adoption of innovative automation technologies.

Lead design, development, and delivery of Windchill extension features. Own technical architecture, write and test high-quality Java/J2EE code, identify and resolve performance/scalability issues, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, QA, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Provide first-line customer support, manage service requests, execute customer environment upgrades, troubleshoot issues, document cases, and coordinate with internal teams. Maintain accurate account data, handle post-upgrade inquiries, assist with Tier 2 cases, contribute to process improvements, and support customers across SaaS platforms, mobile applications, and Salesforce-based case management systems.
