Develop and implement software applications for Creo CAD/CAM products, particularly Creo Manufacturing and related modules. Deliver high-quality features, address customer and internal issues, and contribute to software development using C and C++. Own technical product management execution for the Windchill+ SaaS platform. Responsibilities include defining and prioritizing Agile backlogs, translating technical and operational requirements into deliverables, coordinating platform releases and security updates, managing dependencies across engineering and operations teams, supporting planning and validation, and improving service readiness through Design for Operations practices.

Leads architecture, design, and technical strategy for complex enterprise Java applications. Establishes coding standards, conducts architectural reviews, resolves performance and scalability challenges, mentors senior engineers and technical leads, and partners with leadership to align technology strategy with business objectives. The role requires hands-on Core Java development, distributed systems expertise, technical decision-making, testing, version control, REST APIs, and AI-assisted development tools.
