Leads quality engineering for consumer-facing web and mobile experiences. Designs scalable automation frameworks, develops functional, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites, and integrates quality gates into CI/CD pipelines. Validates accessibility, performance, reliability, and cross-device behavior; investigates defects, analyzes quality metrics, and drives continuous improvement. Collaborates with product and engineering teams, mentors engineers, and applies AI-assisted testing practices.

Develop and support scalable Java and Spring Boot backend microservices powering omnichannel inventory availability, order promising, allocation, fulfilment, and post-purchase experiences. Build event-driven processing with Kafka, integrate OMS, WMS, ERP, commerce, and fulfilment platforms, and ensure services are secure, observable, reliable, and performant. Own features from design through production, write tested code, participate in reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and improve operational efficiency.
