Support and coordinate day-to-day operations across staffing and facility services. Ensure service delivery and SLA adherence, liaise with clients and internal teams, maintain records and reports, assist recruitment/deployment, and contribute to process improvements and training.

Lead and grow Quess Staffing Solutions' BFSI vertical, driving revenue, profitability, and P&L ownership. Build solutions, expand market share, manage end-to-end staffing operations, mentor teams, ensure compliance, and represent the company at industry forums to establish thought leadership.
