Lead the development of frontend systems, design user features, mentor engineers, and ensure operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead end-to-end product design for QuillBot’s web and browser-extension experiences, collaborate with PMs and engineers, evolve the design system, prototype quickly, and mentor peers to deliver polished, user-centered interactions.

Lead execution of internal communications for QuillBot (majority) and support Learneo (project-based). Plan and deliver company announcements, town halls, executive messaging, onboarding and change communications. Manage comms calendars and channels, partner with HR and leaders, ensure inclusive tone, and drive alignment to company strategy through clear, timely messaging.
