Lead the technical direction, architecture, training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and production deployment of LLM and agentic AI systems for cybersecurity products. Optimize inference at scale, establish engineering standards and release evaluations, make model strategy decisions, resolve complex technical trade-offs, and mentor senior engineers. The role remains hands-on while influencing cross-team product and platform investments.

Design, build, and ship production LLM and agentic AI systems for cybersecurity products. Lead architecture, model strategy, fine-tuning, post-training, inference optimization, evaluation, and deployment. Establish engineering practices, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, manage cross-functional technical outcomes, and translate customer needs into scalable, commercially viable AI solutions.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to global users through ticketing, chat, and video channels. Troubleshoots macOS, Windows, hardware, software, connectivity, and enterprise applications. Manages onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, and account access. Documents and resolves tickets, participates in global on-call rotations, escalates complex issues, and supports IT process improvements and knowledge management.

Lead the technical direction, reliability, security, and scalability of platform infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational automation, especially within a FedRAMP environment. Design infrastructure-as-code, improve observability and incident response, build microservice automation, guide platform migrations, partner with security and compliance teams, and mentor engineers.
