Lead the technical direction, reliability, security, and scalability of platform infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational automation, especially within a FedRAMP environment. Own and support the Atlassian environment, including Jira and Confluence administration, user access, project configuration, workflows, integrations, documentation, dashboards, and reporting. Troubleshoot user issues, support ITSM processes, collaborate with IT, DevOps, and business teams, and improve platform governance, automation, scalability, and user experience.
